Job Description
The role of Residential Development Representative involves directly engaging with potential customers to sell MSFN's products, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and identifying and approaching prospects in designated neighborhoods.

Requirements

  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a quarterly basis.
  • Identify and approach prospects in designated neighborhoods.
  • Present product offerings effectively and close sales.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Keep track of daily sales activities and results.
  • Master the features and benefits of our products to effectively educate consumers.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Develop an understanding of the local market and customer base.
  • Knowledge of neighborhoods and areas in Indiana (preferred).
  • Provide valuable customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Handle high-pressure situations with composure.
  • Understand the ideal customer profile and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth in the role.
  • Fulfill other assigned tasks as necessary.
