The Residential Development Representative role involves directly engaging with potential customers to sell MSFN's products, identifying leads, educating consumers about our offerings, and closing sales on the spot.

Requirements

  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a quarterly basis.
  • Identify and approach prospects in designated neighborhoods.
  • Present product offerings effectively and close sales.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Keep track of daily sales activities and results.
  • Master the features and benefits of our products to effectively educate consumers.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Develop an understanding of the local market and customer base.
  • Provide valuable customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Handle high-pressure situations with composure.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth in the role.
  • Fulfill other assigned tasks as necessary.

Benefits

  • $45,000 Salary + $45,000 Commission = $90,000 at goal attainment
