Role OverviewAs a DSP, you will provide essential support within a group home setting, helping individuals live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. This role is perfect for someone who is patient, dependable, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in others' lives.
What You Will Do
Support behavioral, social, and daily living skill development, assist with recreational and community activities, follow treatment plans and document progress, provide companionship and supervision, submit documentation and payroll on time, participate in ongoing training, and assist with personal care needs as required.
