Role OverviewAbound Health is hiring compassionate and reliable Group Home Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) at our North Group Home in West Middlesex, PA. DSPs will provide essential support within a group home setting, helping individuals live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include supporting behavioral, social, and daily living skill development, assisting with recreational and community activities, following treatment plans and documenting progress, providing companionship and supervision, and submitting documentation and payroll on time.

Requirements
