Role Overview

The Residential Director will lead a dynamic team and bring an energetic and positive approach while working with students in an Intensive Residential Treatment Program for adolescents. The program specializes in trauma-informed care and provides 24-hour comprehensive care, including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

What You Will Do

The Residential Director will oversee the Residential Department, ensure all Residential systems are followed, provide on-call coverage, and lead residential meetings and trainings. They will also run residential shifts when needed and provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures and staffing ratios.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program and a Bachelor's degree. They will be able to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to create a safe therapeutic atmosphere for clients.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program required
  • Maintains valid driver's license as transporting clients is required
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed
