Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or other related field preferred
  • 5+ years of management experience in a role with similar budgets and oversight
  • Strong leadership experience in residential or healthcare services
  • Deep understanding of HCBS Waivers, Colorado regulations, and person-centered planning or willingness to learn
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets, billing systems, and compliance audits
  • Sharp computer skills and an eagerness to learn new tools and systems
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • A passion for promoting independence, dignity, and community for people with disabilities
