Job Description
Residential Dorm Supervisors BA oversee the daily operations of a designated dormitory, collaborating with the Milieu Director to implement interventions and provide training to direct care staff. They create an environment that promotes healthy lifestyles and provide social and life-skills training to clients. Responsibilities include planning and delivering training sessions, monitoring effectiveness, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Sociology, Social work, or Education or a closely related field
  • One year of childcare experience in a residential setting with similar population of children
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer with the ability to learn new software applications
