Job Description
The RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES ASSISTANT is responsible for making repairs, performing routine preventive maintenance, and maintaining the exterior premises of residential properties. The role also involves assisting with therapy and equipment construction, transporting materials, and providing emergency assistance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License
