Role OverviewThe Direct Support Staff plays a vital role in the support services provided to each person. The In-Home Care Specialist provides continuous and active involvement, which includes an assertive and consistent implementation of an Individuals Service Plan, based on each person’s strengths and needs.
What You Will Do
The Direct Support Staff is responsible for providing transportation, ensuring safety equipment is in good working order, supervising individuals, documenting transportation, billing, and program documentation, and promoting a supportive environment.

Requirements
- Minimum of High School diploma or GED
- Current Ohio Drivers License with acceptable driving record
- Criminal Background verification with acceptable clearance
- At least one year of healthcare experience or working with disabilities individuals
