Role OverviewAs a Residential Group Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of the daily operations of a program or programs. You will ensure orientation and ongoing training of staff and ensure all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible.
What You Will Do
Monitor and coordinate services, provide daily supervision and oversight of staff, monitor health care and nutritional needs, and manage budgeting and spending accounts.
