Role OverviewThe Residential House Manager is responsible for supervising Direct Support Professionals, ensuring the health and safety of persons served, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential site. The role involves advocating for and supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to empower them to be active in their lives.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include supervision of Direct Care staff, development and implementation of Individualized Support Plans, overseeing house operations and services, and ensuring a 'home-like' environment for individuals living in the program.

Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. Degree preferred with one year experience in human services
- Must be 21+ years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required)
- Available by telephone for daily contact
