Role OverviewAtlas Butler is seeking HVAC trainees to learn the trade from the ground up. No previous experience is required, and employees will be trained to become experts in the industry. The role involves on-the-job training and lab instruction in a top-of-the-line training center.
What You Will Do
As an HVAC Trainee, you will learn to complete tasks such as removal of existing equipment, safe removal of refrigerant, setting new units, braze in linesets, wiring thermostats, and running new duct work.

Requirements
- High school degree/GED or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Six months of hand tool experience preferred
