Role OverviewAs a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician at Hoover, you will diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems, perform comprehensive whole-home safety inspections, and educate homeowners on system performance and maintenance needs.

Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of residential HVAC experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan preferred
- Boiler experience preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
