Supports the generation of residential mortgage loan volume by originating a range of products and other Bank-approved loan programs. Contributes to delivering excellent customer experience by analyzing borrower needs, providing guidance on mortgage solutions, and facilitating smooth loan processing.

Requirements

  • Assists customers in understanding available residential mortgage programs and determines preliminary qualification based on their financial information.
  • Reviews applicant income, credit, debt, and related financial documents to contribute to determining eligibility and appropriate loan program options.
  • Maintains a basic understanding of applicable federal, state, and investor regulations and uses this knowledge to ensure required disclosures and documentation are delivered accurately.
