Role OverviewThis position is responsible for providing efficient, timely support to lenders in the origination of residential loans and facilitating loan management processes. Works self-sufficiently to manage a pipeline, adapts easily to daily priority changes, and utilizes independent judgment to resolve standard file issues.
What You Will Do
Provides administrative assistance to residential loan officers, assembles and verifies accuracy of residential loan documentation, and assists in ensuring that documentation in the residential loan files being processed contains proper signatures, dates, and other relevant data.
