Role Overview

We're looking for a dedicated Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team and help create an exceptional living environment for our tenants. You'll be responsible for maintaining our community's buildings, equipment, and grounds while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and providing outstanding service to tenants and staff.

What You Will Do

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment, maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance systems, and respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of maintenance experience involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, technical documents, and work orders
  • Experience safely using hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and electric meters
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to participate in a 24-hour on-call maintenance rotation
