Lead & Support: Supervise, train, and mentor staff to provide high-quality, person-centered care. Problem-Solve & Communicate: Work closely with clients, families, and team members to identify needs, address concerns, and develop care plans.

Requirements
- Degree in human services preferred, OR experience supporting individuals with disabilities/behavioral challenges
- Prior supervisory experience
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation (Must have a clean driving record)
- Pass Background Checks: state background check and required state screenings
