Job Description
The Residential Manager is responsible for the overall function and oversight of their assigned location(s), ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves hiring, training, and supervising staff, conducting life plan meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience required; four (4) preferred
  • Good analytical, written and oral communication abilities
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Computer literate with ability to learn Springbrook operating systems and all applicable software
  • Ability to create and present written reports
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to lift 50lbs independently and assist in lifting weights exceeding 50lbs
  • Meet the requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles as required
  • Ability to perform all physical interventions
