Job Description
NFI North is seeking a Residential Program Manager III to provide daily oversight and leadership for our residential program, ensuring a high standard of care and operational excellence for participants and team members.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in residential care, social services, or a similar supervisory role
  • Prior experience working directly with transitional care is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
  • Ability to utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) and HRIS systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License with active auto insurance
  • Pass all required federal/state background checks
