Role OverviewNew Day Recovery is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to care for patients in a residential facility. The nurse will maintain a safe and comfortable environment, assist with admission and discharge procedures, and provide medically monitored evaluation and withdrawal management.
What You Will Do
The nurse will assist with monitoring for signs and symptoms of intoxication and withdrawal, provide medication administration, and maintain accurate documentation. They will also maintain professional boundaries with clients and interact with them in an appropriate manner.

Requirements
- Unrestricted LPN license in the state of Louisiana
- Current certifications in CPR and First Aid
- Working knowledge of medical detoxification for substance abuse
- Knowledge of the signs and symptoms of substance intoxication and withdrawal
- Strong team building and communication skills
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the position
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
