Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You Will Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems and equipment, install, replace, and upgrade residential plumbing systems and equipment, communicate with homeowners regarding plumbing issues, and recommend plumbing upgrades.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proven diagnostic and repair abilities
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, components, and applicable plumbing codes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build trust and establish rapport with homeowners
- Experience using ServiceTitan preferred
- Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record
