Job Description
At Dungarvin, we are a mission-driven team providing support services to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. We are seeking a Residential Program Director to coordinate and manage operations of residential programs in the Madison area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years managerial/supervisory experience
  • At least 1 year of full-time, direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities
  • Experience with mental health preferred
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Reliable vehicle with current auto liability insurance
