Residential Program Manager

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or related human services field
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years' experience in a related human services field, shelter management, or program management
• Management skills: Ability to manage program operations and staff
• Leadership skills: Experience supervising and mentoring diverse staff teams
• Crisis response skills: Ability to manage emergencies and provide trauma-informed care
• Experience providing individual and group support services
• Flexibility & Availability:Ability to respond and manage emergency shelter situations
• Critical decision-making skills
• Ability to understand and work within the parameters and context of state/federal grants
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be non-judgmental and work with a diverse population
