Job Description
WinnCompanies is seeking a Residential Project Estimator to join their military housing team at Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes. The role involves scoping homes for Change of Occupancy Maintenance, identifying and scheduling vendor work, and ensuring quality expectations are met.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong general construction knowledge
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in construction and / or remodeling / renovation of residential dwellings
  • Knowledge of Environmental protocols specific to ACM, LBP and Mold
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Proficient with web-based applications and computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Solid organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities
