Job Description
The City of Milwaukee is hiring Residential Property Appraisers to inspect residential properties, appraise values, and provide customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in property assessment, appraisal, or real estate sales, and a certification in property appraisal or real estate.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and access to an adequately insured vehicle
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Certification in property appraisal or real estate
  • Knowledge of property tax laws and regulations
  • Ability to use computer applications and software
