Responsibilities include overseeing properties, conducting inspections, managing rent collections, enforcing lease compliance, and maintaining accurate records in RentManager. The candidate will also research market rents, make pricing recommendations, and report directly to senior operations.

Requirements
- 5+ years of residential property management experience

- Property management software experience; RentManager strongly preferred
- Strong ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities
- Ability to independently manage and hold maintenance staff accountable
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania landlord-tenant law is a plus
