Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Technician to provide guidance and support to the residents at our 10-bed adult residential program in Nazareth, PA. The Psychiatric Technician will work with an extraordinary team to advance the career of the individual.
What You Will Do
Duties include group facilitation, one on one intervention, supervision of residents, clinical implementation and oversight of client treatment plans, treatment team member, daily documentation in our EMR system, and all other unspecified assignments for residents.

Requirements
- 4 yr Bachelor Degree (Prefer Human Services related)
- 1-2 years experience working with individuals diagnosed MH preferred
