Role OverviewProvide client supervision and complete all required program operations at the Stein House, an adult residential facility. Uphold Agency policies and procedures for safety and security. Facilitate counseling, advocacy, and support. Administer assessments and monitor clients' compliance with service plan goals.
What You Will Do
Conduct employment and home confinement spot checks, common area and room searches, pat/pocket searches, and transport clients as needed. Complete intake on new arrivals, facilitate client orientation, and supervise visitation. Monitor clients' self-administration of medication and schedule emergency drills.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have strong attention to detail, a valid driver's license, and experience in the social service or criminal justice field. Must be able to arrive 15 minutes before shift and stay later as required. CSI is a trauma-informed organization and will provide ongoing staff development in trauma-informed practices.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 4 years of experience in the social service or criminal justice field
- Valid driver's license
