Role Overview

The Residential Re-Entry Specialist will provide client supervision, complete program operations, and uphold agency policies and procedures. The role involves facilitating counseling, advocacy, and support, as well as administering assessments and monitoring client compliance with service plan goals.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include conducting spot checks, searches, and confiscating contraband, as well as transporting clients, completing incident reports, and documenting results. The Specialist will also supervise client visitation, sign visitors and contractors in and out, and facilitate client movement.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in the social service or criminal justice field, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to arrive 15 minutes before shift for shift change. The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work a non-traditional schedule (Tue-Sat, 12a-8a).
