Role Overview

Join our established and growing Real Estate Section in our Houston office as a licensed Texas attorney with 2–5 years of substantive experience in real estate law. This role requires strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to advise clients throughout the lifecycle of development projects.

What You Will Do

Draft, review, and negotiate plats, development agreements, and related entitlement documents, prepare and amend restrictive covenants, and advise clients throughout all phases of development projects.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the State of Texas (required)
  • 3–5 years of substantive, hands-on experience practicing real estate law
  • Direct experience with real estate development and master planned communities
  • Demonstrated ability to draft complex legal documents with minimal supervision
