Directly responsible for supervising drivers, establishing a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in transportation, management, logistics or waste industry
- Associate's Degree or 2 years experience in transportation, logistics or solid waste operations
- Knowledge of Smith System and/or Decision Driving principles
- Basic computer skills
- Valid class A or B commercial driver's license
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
