Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly disciplined and proactive protector with a strong background in residential security, executive protection, or emergency response to join our Residential Security Teams (RST) in San Rafael, CA. As a Residential Security Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring and securing property boundaries, operating and monitoring residential security systems, and responding to emergencies within the residence.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring and securing property boundaries, operating and monitoring residential security systems, responding to emergencies, conducting routine patrols, and interacting with household members and staff.

Requirements
- Prior work in Residential Security Teams (RST), Executive Protection, Military, Law Enforcement, or Emergency Response
- Valid Guard Card, Exposed Firearm Permit, and CA CCW
- U.S. Passport & Driver’s License
- American Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Completion of Residential Security or Executive Protection Academy
- Background Investigation & Drug Screening
- Ability to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
