Role OverviewThis position will serve as a shift supervisor on the Residential Security Officer Contract, providing direct oversight of and support to residential security officers who provide 24/7/365 protection at the residences of multiple Tier I US Government officials.
What You Will Do
The shift supervisor will support the Program Manager by providing supervision of and support to the Residential Security Officers, assist with scheduling officers, respond to incidents, and address minor issues involving improper uniforms, equipment appearance, and timeliness.

Requirements
- Three plus years of supervisory experience in either a law enforcement, military, or armed security environment
- Minimum of two years in this role or a similar role required
- US Citizen with a Social Security Card
- Minimum 21 yrs old
- Valid US Drivers License
- Pass a public trust background investigation
- Pass a Physical Agility Test
- Pass a firearms qualification practical exercise
- Pass a medical evaluation
- Undergo a criminal background check
- Be free from conviction of any felony
- Be free from conviction of any misdemeanor crime of domestic violence
- Be free from any convictions for Driving under the Influence in the past three years prior to application
- Separation from military service must have been under honorable conditions
- Meet or exceed all position requirements listed in the Statement of Work
