Role OverviewThe Shift Supervisor coordinates and facilitates operations of our Residential Treatment Facility for Adults (RTFA) serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. This role provides leadership, ensures smooth shift transitions, and supports both residents and staff through direct care, supervision, and incident management.
What You Will Do
Oversee evening operations, supervise staff on shift, manage incidents, provide hands-on care and engage directly with residents, and participate in on-call coverage rotation.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Active and unrestricted driver's license
- Experience in the Human Services
- One year experience working in a psychiatric setting
- Supervisory experience in a psychiatric setting
