Job Description
The Residential Site Manager is responsible for the implementation and supervision of Direct Support Professionals and the daily residence operations on the overnight shift.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years progressive experience in a group home setting serving the Intellectually/ Developmentally Disabled population
Ability to demonstrate professionalism and adherence to the agency mission
Ability to listen and communicate effectively with the Individuals we support, employees, parents and guardians
Willingness and ability to maintain SCIP-R certification
Willingness and ability to maintain medication administration certification
Possess a valid New York State driver’s license that meets the agency’s’ driving policy
