We are seeking a Residential Support Specialist to work with residents who are struggling with mental health challenges to achieve their recovery goals in a home-like setting with a relaxed atmosphere.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years' volunteer or work experience in the Behavioral Healthcare field
  • Ability to utilize critical thinking, problem-solving and de-escalation skills
