Role OverviewCareLink Community Support Services is a rehabilitation service provider that helps people with disabilities live in the community with dignity and independence. The Residential Specialist will work with individuals to assess their needs, develop service plans, and provide support in daily living, meal planning, and social activities.
What You Will Do
The Residential Specialist will assess individual needs, develop and implement service plans, teach and evaluate skills, and provide support in daily living, meal planning, and social activities. They will also assist with medication regimen, complete written documentation, and engage in productive/therapeutic activities.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- CPRP/RPRP Certification (preferred)
- Certified Peer Specialist (preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience as a direct support professional in mental health services
- Prior experience with those involved with the criminal justice system or substance use treatment (preferred)
