Job Description
The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is seeking a Residential Supervisor I (RS I) in Braintree, MA. The RS I will learn and develop team building, supervisory, and leadership skills, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Requirements

  • Coordinate, implement, and supervise the administrative and clinical operations of the homes
  • Supervise and evaluate support staff
  • Ensure a safe home by participating in and supervising the day-to-day interactions and activities of the residents
  • Assess individuals' needs, abilities, and the resources needed to develop therapeutic programs in community living skills
  • Participate in the interdisciplinary team, coordinate, and participate in Individual Service Plan (ISP) implementation
