Job Description
Residential Supervisor works directly with people with Intellectual Disabilities in a variety of settings, including their homes, community, and through remote supports. Directly supervises Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), responsible for scheduling, documentation, medical oversight, and on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

  • MINIMUM 2 years of experience in direct support/working with the IDD population.
  • MINIMUM 2 years of experience supervising a team of more than 2 people.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree (in Human Services or related field) preferred.
