Role OverviewAs a Residential Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support services to individuals with disabilities. You will be responsible for direct supervision, teaching, and assisting with daily living skills, health care, and employment interests. You will work as a team member with co-workers and the interdisciplinary team to create a supportive environment.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include providing transportation, ensuring safety equipment is in good working order, documenting transportation, billing, and program information, and contributing to staff meetings. You will also promote a supportive environment and maintain current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and other required training.

Requirements
- Must successfully pass the DOT physical
- Minimum of High School diploma or GED
- Current Ohio Drivers License with acceptable driving record
- Criminal Background verification with acceptable clearance
- At least one (1) year of healthcare experience or working with disabilities individuals
