Role OverviewAs a Residential Therapist, you will work with youth and adolescents in a residential facility, providing individual and group therapy, completing clinical assessments, and developing person-centered plans. You will work in a trauma-informed and evidence-based environment, building resilience in clients and their families. The role requires flexibility to work rotating weekends and may vary based on clinical needs.
What You Will Do
A typical day as a Residential Therapist includes providing individual and group therapy, completing Comprehensive Clinical Assessments, attending Child & Family Team meetings, and developing and monitoring person-centered plans for youth in our residential facility.

Requirements
- Master's degree in human services related field
- Associate or provisional license
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Availability to be flexible and work rotating weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Provisional or fully licensed to practice therapy in North Carolina
- Valid Driver's License
- Meet any credentialing, licensing and privileging standards
