Residential, Youth and Employment Services Quality Assurance Analyst

The Residential, Youth and Employment Services Quality Assurance Analyst applies expert-level knowledge of program regulations and policies to maintain adherence to all funder and licensing requirements for programming within the Residential, Youth and Employment Services Department. Job duties include conducting regularly scheduled and random compliance monitoring of the program site, student and staff files, health and safety logs, emergency procedures, billing compliance of funding sources, as well as regularly reviewing and analyzing program data.

Ensures that the program meets or exceeds program objectives, oversees the provision of high-quality services for program participants, and further ensures on-going compliance with funder requirements and agency policy and procedure.

• Familiar with ECERS-R (Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale-Revised)
• Familiar with CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program)
• Familiar with CCAP (Childcare Assistance Program)
• Familiar with Univeral PreK
• Familiar with DPP (Denver Preschool Program)
• Demonstrated competency in compiling, auditing, and interpreting data
• Knowledge of state and federal standards, regulations, and requirements for early childhood centers
• Complete program credentialing process, to include criminal and civil background checks within 30 days of hire
• Will to obtain first aid, automated external defibrillator, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications
• Colorado driver's license and state-mandated automobile insurance
