Role OverviewThe Residential, Youth and Employment Services Quality Assurance Analyst will apply expert-level knowledge of program regulations and policies to maintain adherence to all funder and licensing requirements for programming within the Residential, Youth and Employment Services Department. The position will conduct regularly scheduled and random compliance monitoring of the program site, student and staff files, health and safety logs, emergency procedures, billing compliance of funding sources, and regularly review and analyze program data.
What You Will Do
The QA Analyst will ensure the site and program are compliant with licensing rules and Head Start Standards, determine training and technical needs of program staff, coordinate training, and serve as a resource for analyzing and solving problems related to programs. The position will also compile, analyze, and communicate program data and outcomes on a regular basis to inform program development, management, and compliance.

- Familiar with Univeral PreK
- Familiar with DPP (Denver Preschool Program)
- Demonstrated competency in compiling, auditing, and interpreting data
- Knowledge of state and federal standards, regulations, and requirements for early childhood centers
- Complete program credentialing process, to include criminal and civil background checks within 30 days of hire
- Will to obtain first aid, automated external defibrillator, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications
