Job Description
Thompson is seeking a Residential Youth Care Specialist to provide care, supervision, and a therapeutic relationship with youth in residence. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with youth, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to the organization's values.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in the Human Services field strongly preferred
  • High School diploma/GED and two years' relevant experience working with youth will be considered in lieu of BA/BS degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with youth
