Job Description

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year customer operations, title management, or a related role within the automotive auction industry
  • Automotive wholesale experience preferred
  • Strong foundational knowledge of the automotive industry, with intermediate understanding of makes, models, and basic mechanical aspects
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and collaborate across departments
  • Competent in using computer systems and managing inventory or data (experience with Salesforce is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, especially in data entry and document management
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives
