Role OverviewAs a resort host, you will be the main arriving and departing point of contact, responsible for registering guests and welcoming them into the resort. You will be knowledgeable in all areas of the resort, including food and beverage offerings, and will help arrange activities for guests.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include registering guests, coordinating valet and luggage, and helping arrange activities for guests. You will be expected to provide a high level of service and create meaningful experiences for guests.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a fun and articulate person with a great sense of humor and attitude. You should have refined verbal and written communication skills, and be able to stand for long periods of time. Proficiency with OPERA, HotSOS, and RESERVE is preferred.
