Job Description
A resort host is responsible for registering arriving guests, welcoming them into the resort, and being knowledgeable about the resort's offerings. The resort host will also be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to stand for long periods of time.

Requirements

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Proficiency with OPERA, HotSOS, RESERVE preferred
  • Fun and articulate person with a great sense of humor and attitude
  • Ability to work alternating scheduled work shifts each week on any day that may include early mornings, midday, afternoons, evenings, overnights, holidays and weekends
