Role OverviewAs a Resort Host, you will be responsible for registering arriving guests, welcoming them into the resort, and providing knowledge on all areas of the resort, including food and beverage offerings. You will also be coordinating valet and luggage, and helping arrange activities. The resort is located on Maui's premier southwestern coastline, and you will be working in a luxury resort community with a 1.2 mile-long oceanfront beach path.

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include registering guests, providing knowledge on resort offerings, coordinating valet and luggage, and helping arrange activities. You will also be working in a fast-paced environment, satisfying the needs of others.

This role requires a fun and articulate person with a great sense of humor and attitude. You must be able to stand for long periods of time and have refined verbal and written communication skills. Previous Front Office/Night Audit experience is strongly preferred.
Requirements

- Proficiency with OPERA, HotSOS, RESERVE preferred
- Must be available to work primarily overnight
