Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Resort Houseperson to join our team at Durango. As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for assisting Guest Room Attendants, maintaining assigned areas, and delivering service with a personal touch. Our ideal candidate is someone who is naturally kind, inclusive, and reliable, with experience as a House Person and/or public area cleaning preferred.

Requirements

  • Experience as a House Person and/or public area cleaning is preferred
  • Ability to use Pan Broom, Vacuum, Scrubber, Carpet Extractor, and other mechanical or electrical equipment as needed
  • Ability to reach a height of 6 feet, and transport, push, pull and maneuver a cart weighing up to 60 lbs. and ability to inspect items at floor level, and lift and move items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards
