Role OverviewThe Resort Maintenance Technician I performs routine maintenance and basic repair work to ensure the safe, clean, and efficient operation of all 7 Cedars Resort facilities. This position assists with preventive maintenance, responds to work orders, performs minor repairs in multiple trades, and supports senior maintenance staff with larger repair projects.
What You Will Do
Performs routine maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and furnishings. Completes preventive maintenance tasks as assigned. Assists with light plumbing repairs, performs basic electrical repairs, and performs minor carpentry work.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One (1) year of maintenance, construction, facilities, or related experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
